"Needs a refresh. Room key card readers were problematic for many guests. Breakfast was good and room was clean, but common areas are in need of attention…… stained ceiling tiles, peeling wall coverings, just a dingy feeling."

"Nice hotel. But man oh man they go out of their way to make you feel bad about not booking direct with them. On check-in I was told that late checkout is $50/hr for people who book through hotels.com, and that I wouldn’t be earning any IHG points with them either (after they asked for my IHG number). Definitely makes sure the poor feel poor. "
