"This was a last minute booking and we were not sure how it would go. Our room was comfortable. The beds were cozy. The breakfast was decent and the jacuzzi looked inviting. They had a little space with couches that was really nice and comfortable to wait in. It was a good experience. "

"Room was spacious with nice view of the water. The staff was very friendly. We also ate at the Fuego restaurant. The service, food and drinks were delicious. The only downside was the shower had a leak. It would leak onto the bathroom floor. "

"Met needs, but needs improvements. Checked in late for a place to sleep for a few hours before our cruise. Housekeeping could definitely do better, and front desk check in person was focused more on their personal Phone call than being attentive to customers checking in or buying goods. The wall plug outlets were connected to the light switch in rm 219 so the only way we could plug in a c-pap machine was to keep the light on. Thankfully I had an extension cord that we plugged in across the room and were able to turn the lights off to sleep. Would probably not stay there again. "

"The elevator was getting repaired on the 9th but by night time it was working. Room was clean and staff very helpful, carrying my luggage upstairs and breakfast was good "

"A few more options for breakfast (i.e. 2 meats). Breakfast foods are cheap in cost. The booths were not comfortable. Sitting need to be redone in food area. "

"This experience was a lot better and a previous time I stayed here. There were no cockroaches in the room. The staff was nice, the room was clean and didn’t smell bad. The only issue was that the door was hard to open. "
