Didn't stay in the appointed apartment. Replacement was without heat and electricity in most rooms, whilst the bed had previously been slept in. Cancelled the other nights of the stay and went elsewhere. The lady who was my contact was great and apologetic but it can't change the experience

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, there was an health and safety issue which meant the apartment needed to be closed urgently. An alternative apartment was arranged but the standard was not as portrayed. This was escalated accordingly. We are very sorry for the inconveniences caused.

Amazing stay, the host is one of the most helpful people I’ve come across regarding accommodation. I stay in a lot of hotels/apartments and this was one of the best
