Stayed at this hotel while on an American road trip. Very convenient for Niagara Falls (about 30 minute drive) and surrounding area. Lockport also seemed nice and better to be a little away from the overly touristy Niagara Falls city. Hotel clean and comfortable with staff friendly and helpful. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this was by far the best I've stayed in. I'm not one for gyms and swimming, but enjoy staying in clean and comfortable hotels. The staff were excellent and were always interested in if I was OK without being over the top. They also have a shuttle service were they'll drive you free of charge within 5 miles of the hotel in a very nice car.
The food was really nice and if I'm ever in Buffalo again (and I hope I make it), I won't look anywhere else but Reikart...
