Spark by Hilton Cleveland Beachwood

"The Spark by Hilton is not your first class Hilton or Hampton but more like an outlet version. You get what you pay for a basic room and a breakfast of cereal, bagels, muffins, etc. The breakfast area is very small. You can purchase breakfast sandwiches to microwave. The staff were all very friendly especially the lady at the night registration. The lobby and the hallways are well lighted. Overall, the hotel was clean and properly maintained. There is a small fitness room. Parking is adequate. Location is good for accessing the interstate. About 20-30 minutes from Cleveland Clinic."

"This hotel is an excellent value for the money. While carpets in the hallway are old and show wear it was clean. The room was spotless with new floors. The person on staff when I arrived Friday was extremely professional, personable and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"Very convenient location. Walking distance to Cracker Barrel and Gas Station. Sam’s and Costco were nearby. Plenty of parking. Had a water fountain, gym and pool."

"Nice hotel and very good breakfast. Unfortunately, got to the hotel and we were told that the room we reserved (2 double beds) was not available. The gentlemen at the front desk said they were a -2, meaning they were oversold by 2 rooms. I instantly remembered a Seinfeld episode. The hotel was good at taking reservations but didn't understand the part about holding a reservation. Not a good look late at night."
