When I asked about the closed pool and hot tub the lady at the front desk insisted on arguing with me about it. I simply stated that I didn’t See the fact that the pool was closed on Expedia (I guess the word pool was x’d out?) but I just didn’t see it when booking. She stopped the whole check in process to argue that I should have seen it ; I had to beg her to stop arguing with me and just check me in. Once we got our room we had to throw some food away that was on the night stand which was gross. I dropped my keycard and it slid under the bed ruffle so I reached under to retrieve it and found more food along the bed frame. This hotel is not nice enough to have to put up with nasty attitudes and unclean conditions. I hope that lady at the front desk gets some customer service training and represents their company better; that was so unprofessional and unnecessary.

There is a sign in front that promotes the pool. Which was the only reason I chose the hotel but yet when I checked in then went to the pool area. It was closed for maintenance along with hot tub for a month.
