"Was told I got the “free” upgrade. It was the same room I paid for. The shower water never warmed up even though sink water got super hot. Also could not activate shower because pull knob was stuck and it felt like the whole water spout was going to break off the wall. Lights were out in the room. Also found left over trash behind night stand when trying to plug in my phone charger. Will never use this hotel again"

"Super friendly staff and clean grounds, however, our bathroom had blood on the toilet when we arrived and hair in the towels that were folded. Not the best housekeeping for sure. We got in around 9 pm, or a little after, and had an early neurology appointment, so didn’t make a big fuss."

"Front desk had one very overworked employee. The doorways in and out of the building were black and filthy. The pool was closed. The breakfast food was cold. The bathroom sink heat/cold temps were backwards. The towels smelled sour. The main hallway stunk and were musty smelling. Room was very cool which was a bonus."

"For what you pay the property is really good. I didn’t like that the couch in our room had visible white stains, and some brown stains on it. The pillows on the bed could be bigger, they were square throw pillows. Also our room had a damp smell. This is not a property problem this is a problem with the huge company Wyndham . They are buying up properties and can’t keep up demand in maintaining them."
