1: Theft: My debit card was stolen by an employee at the poolside restaurant. They misled me into providing my room number and later claimed my card was lost. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this with hotel staff, including security, I never recovered my card.
2: Unauthorized Charges: The hotel placed multiple unauthorized holds on my card, including an additional $250 beyond the initial $200 security deposit. This left me stranded without access to funds, forcing me to rely on Apple Pay and guest accounts for basic needs.
3: Poor Room Conditions: The rooms were dirty, which was highly embarrassing as I was hosting company guests. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were far below acceptable standards.
4: Terrible Food Quality: The food at the hotel was of very poor quality. Additionally, the hotel has only one regular restaurant. If you don’t have a reservation prior to your stay, you basically can't eat there and have to settle for bar food.
5: Inadequate Facilities: The hotel has limited electric charging stations, which were always full, making it difficult to charge my vehicle.
6: Rude and Unhelpful Staff: The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, exacerbating an already stressful situation.
7: Unexplained Fees: Upon check-out, I found several unexplained charges on my bill, including a "parking tax" and other miscellaneous fees that were never explained to me. The staff kept insisting it was their policy without providing clear justification.
