Airport Hotels, Ramstein Air Base (RMS)

"Hosts stopped responding immediately after check-in. The apartment was not clean upon arrival. We reported the issues right away, but nothing was addressed and all follow-up messages were ignored. Expedia was also unable to reach the host. Towels had stains. Sheets had hair and dark fuzz. Floors were dirty. The kitchen counter was covered in sugar, and the nightstands and shower had visible debris and dust. We booked this place partly for the sofa bed, but no second set of sheets was provided for the entire stay. Overall, poor cleanliness and no communication made this a disappointing stay."

"We really liked the hotel because it was in a good location for us and very clean. What we didn’t like was no mini-fridge and there needs to be better communication on their listing as to what floor the room is on as well as no elevator."

"Large room with not much going on. Feels cheap inside. Bathroom was freezing and the heater didnt work in there. Showers are TINY. I guess its common in germany to only provide a twin size douvet on a king size bed, but as an american its weird seeing no sheets and no full size blanket. Breakfast was nothing special. Solid 2.5 out of 5 hotel coming from someine who spends over 50 nights a year in hotels."

"We never saw any person from the hotel the entire 4 days we were there. We tried to call the number on the front door to ask what the WiFi password was and it said the call couldn’t be completed. The only thing nice about the hotel is Mamma Mia restaurant next door. The room did get cleaned everyday. It was “clean” but very old. The carpet was a little dirty. The restaurant attached to the hotel was never open. We were very confused "
