"What an experience. Upon checking in, we were given a first floor, two bedroom. The room had not been vacuumed, the furniture was everywhere, and the window locks were broken. I insisted on another room, preferably on a higher floor, even though there are no elevators. That room had locked doors that would not unlock, and was also dirty. The third room we were shown was in an acceptable(ish) condition, aside from the TERRIBLY STAINED mattress in the pullout couch and the toiletrie wrappers on the bathroom floor, however, at that point my exhausted family felt we had no choice but to stay (we had been traveling 12 hours and it was close to midnight). I agree with some of the reviewers on the overall condition of the property being suspect, and I think there are a lot of liberties being taken with the word “clean”. I would not recommend this hotel, sadly."

"Horrible stay.... Arrived on a night it was 40 degrees and the heat didn't work in the room. There also weren't any curtains in the room. When i called to notify the front desk I was told they were completely booked so they couldnt change my room and no one was there to fix the heat. I asked for a refund and was told to speak with management the following morning. Being i was there for basketball tournament weekend I decided to tough out the night. The next morning i went to shower and the whole faucet fell off. I went on down to check out and discuss my stay with management. The manager straight up lied to my face saying he would refund half my money but my receipt would be sent via expedia. So i asked to take a pic of the screen showing he'd refund me. It wasnt until a week after not getting refunded that i looked back at the pic. Well plain as day it showed he didn't hit checkout so he obviously changed it after i left. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and again i only stayed because most hotels in the area were already booked. Its sad that the manager lied knowing all that was wrong. "

"Good area. Property clean and well arranged. Had a room with a roll in shower. Dumb set up. Shower curtain stopped 12 inches above the floor. Water EVERYWHERE except heading toward the floor drain. Cold water in the sink - a trickle. "

"This hotel has seen better days and that is the only reason I don't give it 5 stars, because any physical shortcomings were made up for by the extremely polite and helpful staff!! The surrounding area was great too, lots of shopping and dining options and beautiful safe streets."

"Old, smelled like greasy fried food. Doors at entrance did not open automatically which made it difficult to use the little luggage racks. Tall racks would improve moving luggage. "
