This hotel is in a great location and provides a quality service. The room was perfectly clean with a great view of the city including castle. The breakfast in the morning was just what we needed after a long night in Bratislava. If in the area would definitely stay again.

Very clean comfortable room with slippers and gowns provided. Was great to chill in the pool after a day sightseeing. Not far to walk to the Danube and shopping complex.Helpful staff with regard to buses etc.

The hotel is situated near a residential area so nice and quiet of an evening but still only a 5-10 minute walk into the old town. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful and nothing was to much to ask. If you are thinking of visiting Bratislava I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay. Perfect location, very close to the old town, Christmas Market and main tourist attractions! The room was large, with comfortable beds and all the facilities, and nice views to the Danube. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices! Special thanks to Linda, we had an unexpected personal problem, she gave us all the needed support to make changes to our booking and replan our trip. Highly recommend it!

Spacious rooms, great breakstaff, helpful staff members especially Branko. Attention to smallest details such as welcome drink, chocolates on bed, daily weather card, evening chocolates, quite and safe location. Old town and new town and Eurovea mall and Danube Promenade within walking distance. Will come stay here everytime I come to Vienna.
