"Breakfast was good. Comfortable beds, although double is two twin beds. Only one lift working so had to use stairs to 4th floor a few times. The pool was closed for maintenance. Good price and easy location to get to city centre (being close to the main train line)"

"This hotel was beautifully decorated. The staff helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Our only complaint was our room smelled of Sulphur. We even mentioned it to the front desk and she just smiled and said "it is on the end." So enjoy this hotel, just avoid room 424."

"Very friendly staff, they assisted in storing our luggage and gave us access to the room one hour early. The downside was the location surroundings which were not inviting at all. A/C is turned on based on seasons, it was a very hot day, however no AC in the room. Wi-fi was good. "

"Slept well - comfortable bed, climate control and room darkening curtains. Luxurious shower. Every staff person I encountered - check in, bar, the club room - was exceptionally nice and accommodating. Convenient parking below the hotel."

"The rooms were super warm and didn’t allow temperature control by claiming we were still in the winter season and it was 25 degrees outside and in full spring! I couldn’t sleep and the only choice they gave me was to change rooms and gave me one even closer to the highway so even more noice so I couldn’t open the window ! It’s a pitty as the room was ok and the spa was nice with an extra charge but the pillows are hard like bricks … a very disappointing stay "

"Bathroom floor is not designed properly and the water was flowing out of the shower area. We had to put towels to stop water coming into the room."
