"this place is pretty pricy, esp. for Cuba. However, the hot water is VERY limited, so the Jacuzzi is useless. For this price I would expect running hot water and functional jacuzzi. This place is nice, but not worth such a high price Note that this is pretty far from Havana, expect 20 cuc one way via taxi. There is bus but it's not very convenient. The beach nearby is very small, nothing like the ones in Varadero but still pleasant The neighbourhood is bad for finding things to eat. We were...

"From the time my 4 year old son and I arrived everyone was very accommodating, professional and pleasant to interact with. Their airport shuttle service was A1 and Rene', Alejandro, Manny, the owner, and a wonderful lady (whom I didn't get her name) were great! The grounds were well kept and it is very clean. I left my Airpods Pro there when I checked out and Rene' reached out to me to let me know and we found a solution to get them to me. My son turned 4 the day after we arrived and they surprised us both by bringing him a piece of cake during breakfast, with a candle and sang happy birthday! I highly recommend Elegancia and will stay there again when I come to Cuba. "

"Our plan was to stay 4 nights with our toddler girl , but then we extended 2 more days as we didnt want to do all the way to Varadero which was already booked. staff was really nice and friendly tried their best to maintain if we have any need and if were happy with the service , team was consist of educated, respectful and elegant people who worked there as a second job for extra income . Thanks a lot for sending us back with unforgettable moments ."
