"All told everything went well for our stay except the room charges were put on our travelling partners credit card so we missed out on the potential points offered by our credit card. This was even after confirming at check in that the charges for the rooms were to be separate and having presented my credit card to be on file. Small thing in the big picture but annoying."

"This hotel is dated and needs some updating. Our room (double) was small and cramped, however it was clean and well equipped with a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave and hairdryer, etc. The bed was small but comfy and clean. The full breakfast in the restaurant was amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all our stay was good. Onsite free parking is also a bonus. We would stay here again but maybe in a queen room."

"I loved this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the location was fantastic and the room was spotless and wonderful. We had a terrific view of Signal Hill. Room had great amenities and so comfortable. Parking was easy. We did not dine at the hotel but we enjoyed coffee, yogurt and cheese scone for breakfast at the little bistro and it was great. So many shops and food choices nearby. 10/10."

"Spacious room but a bit strange. Lovely deep tub and separate shower. Both with glass walls looking into the bedroom and if the curtains were open, outside. NO privacy at all! Well equipped and comfy bed. The front desk staff, especially Ethan, were great! Helpful recommendations and very friendly. Easy parking, great location. The continental breakfast was pretty weak."
