Hotel is nice but no fridge in the rooms isn't ideal. There were cobwebs on the light fixtures in the hallway outside our room, carpet in halls were heavily stained. Towels provided in room has brown stains - they were "clean" but appeared dirty. The bed was very comfortable - the room itself was nice. Staff is very friendly and accommodating we met three different staff and this was the same result for all employees. It appears the housekeeping is what is not best kept in this location.

The room was excellent, exactly what we were looking for. Our goal was to have a very relaxing weekend and the services at the spa were the best we'd ever experienced. The only unfortunate downside to our stay was another couple in a room nearby disturbing our peace with loud yelling and arguments throughout the night, making it hard to sleep and enjoy the quiet atmosphere. The hotel itself, though, was amazing and we do intend to return.

Bathroom walls and mirror looked like they were covered in snot from someones nose, towels were brown, no internet connection at all, tv worked first then the connection was gone. Room was freezing cold had the heaters on but it seemed to be blowing out cold air the jets in the tub came on randomly at 2am in the morning and woke me up in a panic because I thought something was wrong but they turned on by themselves the button wasnt even pressed?
