"Great location. Two areas where we needed front desk staffs help: getting a microwave to our room -we were there 4 nights and never got it. Managed without. 2nd - Front desk staff said they had change for laundry. On Sunday aftn went to ask for change - they didn't have any and didn't know where we could go to get change. She did suggest east side Mario's bar - but it was closed. However laundry facility was great - clean and 2 washers and dryers."

"We had an excellent stay at the Murray promises hotel, the location could not be better just steps away from excellent excellent restaurants, things to do during the day as well as things to do during the evening and night. The rooms were very clean, updated, and comfortable. I would certainly recommend this place if you’re visiting St. John’s."

"The property was clean, staff were pleasant and helpful but the entrance turnstile was closed off. The parking lot was confusing as construction was taking place the whole week I was there. It was difficult to know where to park; the paving staff are the ones that advised us of where not to park for the next morning as they were re-sealing the pavement. There were many barricades and the security gate was left open due to changes in their card system."
