Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac

Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac

10/10 Excellent
"We stayed the first night in a room on the 6th floor at the main tower. It was gorgeous and quite spacious. I felt like staying in one of the rooms inside Palace of Versailles. However, I was unable to sleep the whole night because the heat/air conditioning system was so loud like a car engine running. They quickly changed my room to one of the rooms in one of the many side towers. We had to change the elevator on the 8th floor to go up to the 10th floor. There were only 4 hotel rooms around ours. There was no shared wall in between. The rooms were separated either by two exits doors or ice water machine room. It was deadly quiet and we were able to sleep very well. The only drawback was lack of decoration but it was still spacious, clean and had everything we needed, The clean lady was especially responsive."
