"It’s like they bought an abandoned hotel and slap La Quinta on it. Windows cracked, dirty tub, used tissue on the floor, what looks to be a mouse hole in the bathroom, floor is uneven. I’ve had better quality at a Red Roof inn."

"Perfect place to stay"

"despite the on going construction and the multiple fire alarms going off and the abrupt water line being shut off out of nowhere, the overall stay was fine, room was clean, and it was safe. Breakfast was decent, gym had 3 equipments and there was multiple exit points."

"Given the wrong room initially. No carts were available initially which was hard for me to get all of our things up to our room and me and my teen had to search the floors for one. The Pool was not cleaned properly. My 4 year old picked up a clump of hair the size of a grown man's fist and we immediately left the pool. . Also so busy it was difficult to find parking. William also should not disturb people with do not disturb and if something is needed to call first so people are fully dressed as we were all getting showers/baths and he wouldn't stop knocking asking for the cart since they only must have 2-3 of them around. We needed showers after being in the nasty pool. "
