"Ok this is my first time here in Mexico and I bring my family to this horrible hotel ,staring with the staff in main lobby he was doing or checking he was really rude and he also tell me I should book directly their website because thought spedia they lie about the rooms to be the way in the description he was really unprofessional and the second we step in to our rooms we booked 4 rooms ,those rooms was like if you booked in to a Motel ,the smell was horrible, and we booked and pay for a double bed room ,he gives us 1 king bed ,some of the kids was sleeping in the floor ,we call reception and their answer was "THATS WHAT WE HAVE AT THE MOMENT " not even a sorry or something again he was rude ,they said there 4 restaurant but only the buffet was open mostly of the days the other 3 restaurants was close all the time ,you basically pay for all inclusive to eat the same food in the buffet all the time until they open the restaurants ,we really dont like the hotel, expensive and very bad experience, we end in the hotel Krystal was way better and they all are really nice and their rooms very clean ,"

"Room service is pay per item...staff avoids you.....room service and balcony view was supposed to be included. They charged me 750$CDN to have food delivered to me for the 12 nights I stayed there (ontop of the all inclusive fee). Oceanview was barely a view as there were two buildings outside my small window that had ongoing construction. All I heard was drilling and hammering all day!!!! I have so many pictures from outside my window, and couches in lobby that had no cushions to still outside. I will upload them later. So sad, this is how they treat someone who was there for 12 days! I would never go there again!"
