i did not have a balcony. room was always clean and quiet despite construction next door.

We stayed in a studio and loved it. It is huge and beautiful, and the balcony view is outstanding. The only disappointing part of Villa La Estancia was the slow service at the pool and in the restaurants. The first morning, we went for breakfast and asked for pan dulce, and they said it was already finished, even though it was only 9:15am. The wait for an omelette was also very long, around twenty minutes. Because of this, we ended up having our meals at the Flamingos restaurants. The food there was better, the breakfast buffet had many more options, and the service was fast and efficient. The restaurant staff at Flamingos seemed more efficient and attentive. Other than the restaurants service issues, Villa La Estancia is a beautiful hotel with an amazing warmed pool.

Great place good drinks good food. Beautiful view. Italian restaurant was good. I will say they will pitch a membership and burn up 3 4 hours of your day trying to sell it to you. I would try to avoid that.

Diego the manager at Mousi took care of all our needs and all of our amenities. I recommend everybody to go there it's a five star hotel with world class food the staff is very kind and takes care of all your needs
