"The pool was wonderful, the drinks were nice, the staff were amazing. There were many scheduled activities throughout the day that we could participate in. The rooms were great and everything was very clean. There was lots of variety in all the types of restaurants and cuisines, but the only thing I would improve is the quality of the food as none of it was outstanding but tasted fine. "

"Staff always excellent. Vicky, Fernando and Axel stood out and always went above and beyond. Inside bartenders were also very attentive. At gaviota for breakfast santiago worked non stop to ensure glasses were full and tables cleaned. THere is a reason we continue to return there"

"Pros: cleanliness, lush green vegetation/property with beautiful walking paths, frequent golf cart transportation (but can be a wait sometimes), access to all 3 properties, the cenote/waterslide area for kids was great!
Cons: walking across road from Ha to Venus/Marina, staff not overly smily or happy to be there, theatre for shows is ghetto/indoors/small/packed full and never any seating, shows are not very good, beach is appalling, food was not in easy access and hard to come by compared to all the other resorts Ive been at, the buffets were tiny!!! Asian cuisine sign would have hot dogs and nuggets always :( limited rooms with ocean view (but even if u have ocean view you’ll be looking at murky brown water), a tiny beach (no use anyways)"
