"Great location. Staff are very good and helpful. Clean. Room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The A/C stopped in the middle of the night and stayed off for the rest of the stay. My room was directly across from the elevators and I could hear the express elevators going up and down all night."

I messaged the hotel twice, ahead of time, however without any response. Although the stay is nice, but non-responsive from hotel created unpleasant experience in Lima"
