Buen lugar para descansar y pasar unas agradables vacaciones, lo mejor del lugar es el personal todos preocupados por el bienestar del cliente, te hacen sentir especial en todo momento, solo una pequeña observacion el aire acondicionado de la cafeteria debieran ponerlo mas frio, el calor requiere que esa area este mas fresca.

The room service it’s really terrible, you call the phone and never answer and I payed the more expensive room area I’m really disappointed with that hotel. All the staff have to go to TRS TURQUESA PUNTA CANA to take classes how do a great job. 2 stars.

I like the fact that you are assigned a butler and they help you with all your needs during your stay. Breakfast was horrible and the pool closes too early for it to be an adults only. It’s almost like your force to get a swim up room. Ignacio Was the best!!

Had a horrible experience with a security guard by the name *ARISTI MONTERO* work after 10 pm shift in the front Gates the main entrance. put me and my wife in danger at the moment that we needed him the most he didn’t help the situation, its was a matter of life or death.. made a report the next day with th gm and we check out right away fearing from our live. Thanks for the security never will touch a Riu ever again

I liked everything in this property, the food, the liquor, the staff is extremely professional and polite. The only thing we did not like was the beach of the property. The beach is very very very dirty, they should clean the beach since the beach is the main attraction for all tourists.

Liked how clean the space was. We were assigned a butler who told us we can reach out 24/7 via WhatsApp. We saw him when we checked in and although we reached out several times during our stay we got no response and only saw him again when we were checking out to leave.

This was one of the best experiences at a resort EVER!!!! Everything and Everyone was A1. My butler Romi went above and beyond to make sure our stay was magnificent. The Restaurant Manager made our Romantic Dinner one of the best I absolutely recommend this property to anyone who loves great customer service and selfless hospitality.

i stayed in this resort for 4 nights and 5 dias i flew with my partner my experience was terrible this property need to improve the food is poor they need to have more choices they have not access to the beach is dirty and stinks there is only 3 small restaurants they need to work in the taste and service waiters runs all over the place without directions also tables were never ready for meals always something missing they need to be more organized resort provide dinner is always with reserve they took to long to bring your plate to the table also they don't have good entertainment not music honestly i do not recommend it They didn't meet my expectations.
