Can not recommend this hotel enough. The service/ staff / setting were al perfect. We had issues with our card on checking in and the hotel were so easy going about us paying a few days later. The barmaid Barbara manager Dan and lovely Silvina on reception were all wonderful as were staff in Ziggys!. So friendly and helpful and we will definitely come back.

Hotel was lovely, big spacious rooms. Great attention to detail by the staff. Free parking was handy and nice that breakfast is included. Beach location is perfect. Worth the extra money to go for the rooms with the rooftop bath and beds. The stars at night in Tulum are like nothing I have ever see before.

Sana was absolutely fantastic. Great location, staff are incredible. We had a room with a private lounge pool and it was absolutely spotless. Great air con, TV with Netflix (our other 2 Tulum beach hotels didn’t have this), great food and the architecture of the hotel is beautiful. Very peaceful and calming. We were also fortunate to see sea turtles nesting. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff make it particularly special.

Have been coming back for 8 years now and simply love the ambience and the beautiful jungle the villas are nestled within. Throughout the 8 years many things changed - some for the better but also for the worse 1.) prices have increased a lot (which is probably due to the increasing popularity of Tulum and inflation) but at the same time amenities have decreased notably. It was the last place we stayed during our 2 week holiday in Tulum, and as we had already seen and stayed at several lovely hotels, we were a bit hesitant as the hotel doesn’t have a beach. The beach area is beautiful, one of the best in tulum. There’s nice amounts of space between chairs making for a relaxing and uncrowded beach. Love the hut design of the rooms. Nice to wake up to the sound of birds every morning. Plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful without being pushy. Restaurant also is great, tasty food and great drinks. The overall vibe is more romantic / chilled / family friendly, which we really enjoyed.

The hotel is very well located in Tulum beach, with direct access to the beach. The staff are really friendly and helpful, as soon as we arrived we were greeted with a very warm welcome from Eliseo, and every member of staff from the concierge team to the restaurant team were always friendly and helpful. We loved this hotel! Mexican owned and run, we were really impressed with its ecologically sound ethos and its emphasis on using locally-sourced Mexican handicrafts to build and decorate every space. It looks gorgeous and occupies a beautiful and peaceful stretch of Tulum beach.
