"Very clean room. Bed was slightly hard but manageable. Food was good and breakfast was warm every morning. Staff response was really slow. The biggest issue was that we stayed four nights and had to use the same towel and washcloth. While I am aware that I could of went to the desk to ask for more, I think they should have offered us more upon check in realizing there were two of us and we were staying four nights. The best thing was the comfortable pillows...like sleeping on a cloud "

"Everything that caused a two star review: stains everywhere, ripped shower curtain, dirty playpen, broken sink handle, inaccurate description of Mountain View and baby “crib” which was a dirty pack and play. On Expedia it says “Mountain View room” and the pic is cropped above the now current hotel in front of it. The baby crib described was a pack and play. The one first given was so dirty and then was given a different one which was cleaner but still stained. The shower curtain was torn all across the top and they brought a new one to our door but didn’t install it. So I guess that was meaning I was supposed to do it? The sink handle also broke off when turning it on. The floor wasn’t vacuumed well at all while we were staying there. The couch chair, the office chair, the floor, the curtain, all had stains on them. No idea how this hotel had four stars it does not deserve it."

"This hotel was terrible It the front desk staff was completely ignorant and argumentative as well as inefficient they do not accommodate they also will not address any issues. I got to the hotel and during my check-in they informed me of the $100 incidental which I paid and then went to my room and found a big saggy leak in the paint that could have popped it any minute. The toilet hardly flushed. The room wasn't very clean I went and informed the staff of the cover over the smoke detector as well as the leak in the wall and they said that they would address it but never did. I arrived on Friday night and went to breakfast on Saturday morninh and it was the weakest, sorriest breakfast I've ever seen, especially for a La Quinta which are typically nice hotels for budget friendly stay. They ran out of waffle batter when I got to the front of the line which was three people deep and when I asked the staff to get some more he grunted went and made some more came back with it set it down on the counter and it proceeded to start flowing out of the container and all over the counter. When I informed the staff member of it he just said yeah it does that and walked off. He didn't clean it up, didn't do anything so I left it alone. The coffee creamer that they put out for the coffee was spoiled and chunky and there was no ice machine. When I asked about the ice machines they told me that they Don't work because the homeless people around the hotel take all of the ice which there were "

"This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Our first room had ants in the bathroom. They moved us and floors clearly hadn’t been vacuumed in that room either. We called the front desk and they said they would put a note in for housekeeping in the morning. Housekeeping then cleaned the bathroom, made one of 2 beds. Did not vacuum again (same stuff on the floor as when we walked in) and when we walked past the gym while the housekeepers were out cleaning the one was just standing inside texting. The one guy at the front desk was the only helpful one and kept apologizing and helping us the best he could. However the housekeeping needs to be fixed! Also the pool was green and freezing cold. Also there is a train track behind this hotel. I was woken by the train horn. The parking is also very tight for larger vehicles. "

"Nice in many ways. Pillow was stinking though. Housekeepers did not speak English. Front staff and breakfast were good. Nice room. Dogs barked in next room. "
