"Never received an email on check in process as there is no front desk. Had to call to figure it out. Parking is tight on weekday mornings when the dentist office downstairs opens. Claims of a queen size bed, felt more like a full size. Wall a/c units in bedroom and living room. Unit in our bedroom just blew hot air. Traffic is busy on the street out front, you will hear it all night unless you are in a unit further back from the street. That said, it isn't awful for a night or two. Lots of secuity cameras everywhere and a security door for the building itself. Not the worst or the best spot we've stayed at. Pizza joint across the street is fantastic!"

"The room was awesome. I like the Hotel. The location was a bit sketch but the staff made it worth it. Lots of restaurants around, but you could not walk to them or overall. I give it a 9.5. I would stay there again."

"Booked two rooms for daughter and friends prom to dress and an overnight stay close to the venue. Valet parking is pricey at $50 per night per car. Common area furnishings look a little tired. Photos in hotel interior are prohibited even if you are a guest staying at the hotel. Staff do enforce this and are not friendly when they do. Smell of marijuana present in lobby was pretty strong. This place has unique interior features and could be amazing with some work."

"This was a very interesting experience. I booked it not fully realizing this was a place more geared toward long term stays and the units were more like apartments than hotel rooms. The layout of the rooms and the amenities within were excellent. There were no televisions which I didn’t mind and no daily service which I would have liked. The valet had one Indian gentleman that was fantastic but the others were rude or would be out of sight. Went inside once and asked the front desk if they knew where valet was after waiting outside for 10 minutes. Then she turns to this guy sitting down and says “aren’t you valet?” He quickly bounces to his feet. Another guy was just locked into his phone and didn’t look up so had to go over and get his attention. Maybe they aren’t that busy and as a result just aren’t attentive. Everything is digital. The doors, elevators etc so you need your cell phone. I guess if you had a flip phone, you may not be welcome. It works, but the elevators are annoying because you go inside and then lose phone signal so have to open the elevator doors for the buttons to work. Location is great. I would definitely stay again."
