10/10 Excellent

"I had injured my leg the day before we arrived. But when we arrived they put me in a wheel chair and they carried all our luggage up for me and my husband. They helped me find a rental scooter. The restaurant staff even asked to carry my plate to our table because I couldn’t hold the plate and try to hold on to chairs to get back to our table. Our room was so clean and we were so comfortable. Great staff. Perfect down town location."

"Would not recommend , had mildew and mold in a room that I did not originally plan for, my room was changed last min and then they tried to gaslight me into thinking I did it by mistake. Room was dirty and smaller and the information on check in detail is very vague. The hotel attendants were very rude and disrespectful"

"Don’t stay here! We got in very late, and despite communicating that to the host, we received no check-in instructions. (We were in a phone-less concert, and when we got out we had to text in order to get the instructions because they’d still not sent anything.) It was a needlessly nerve-wracking start. After getting into the room, everything looked just sub par. The last straw, though, was the broken bed! The center was caved in. Not only did it feel unsafe, it was horribly uncomfortable. We quickly realized it was impossible to sleep there and left immediately. Since we had booked two nights and stayed for only one hour, we pled with the host for a refund. They ghosted us and didn’t even respond to that request. The room was not at all as advertised. We feel robbed."

"This hotel should not be allowed to take clients. Rooms lacked telephones, mini fridge, and everything smelled moldy. From the carpets to the towels, everything was damp for no reason and this was the consensus of everyone we met during our stay. Even the bed sheets felt wet. There was zero air circulation even with a running AC/FAN unit. How do you charge 50/day for valet parking and your hotel is this terrible? I'm literally afraid my allergic asthma will peak after spending 3 nights in that room. Breakfast was 45 each with dirty cups and horrible food. Everything was cold. Not warm. Cold. This space shouldn't even be allowed in midtown Atlanta."

"I really enjoyed everything about our stay here. The room was very clean, and it had a lot of space. It was plenty big for 2 adults, a teenager, and two 9 year olds. The staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. The location, though, was perfect. A short walk to everything we wanted to see (in the City Pass) & the FIFA fan fest was literally across the street in Centennial Park. It a was very, very cool experience."
