"Beautiful hotel and views, good food, breakfast and very nice bar. Staff very friendly efficient and helpful. Enjoyed the evening boat ride and pool is amazing, you can see river dolphins sometimes. Small point of feedback is in relation to maintenance and attention to detail. Cupboard doors were not closing properly, there was a sticker on the toilet seat, soap dispenser in lounge toilet was dirty. But no major issues, we had a wonderful time "

"Great Stay, do think they need to Europeanise some of their breakfast items, Love curry but Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner gets a bit too spicy for me. Friendly staff, great Massage organised by hotel. Pool area could do with bit of TLC and more sun loungers. The room was superb and comfortable big bed. They have the potential to really ramp this up, so not being critical just constructive."

at this property. The service was excellent and was the highlight of the stay. The staff went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. The property is a bit dated and the location is a little away from major shopping areas. It definitely suits if someone is looking for a calm and serene atmosphere in the middle of Kochi. "
