The property was very tied needed a paint on the outside as looked nothing like the photos on the web page. Rooms where clean but also very tied the hotel needs a face lift. Staff very friendly and helpful. And security very good especially at night

Perfect business stay

Pleasant staff and excellent service. Amazing location where it’s impossible to get lost. Everyone knows this hotel as it’s one of the oldest hotel in the city. It’s just off the main road to all the shopping brands and every conceivable eatery. Barbecue nation is just across the road so that’s a superb.

Can do better

The staff are polite, helpful and friendly. Facilities are good. It could be an exception but there was no water in the bathroom in the evening that we stayed. Room service was slow but apologetic. The hotel has potential to be an excellent one for travellers as it is in a quiet street but near the shopping centres of Ernakulam.

Fine stay at the heart of the town

I stayed here for 11 days from 13.3.2017 on wards . Overall experience was excellent . The staff is very helpful and courteous. There are certainly some suggestions as an average Indian. In the bathroom bucket and mug are to be requested for . Off course they provided it immediately. I could not find a space for drying small articles like undergarments and hand kerchiefs. There is a lot of scope for improving the quality of laundry service( starching and ironing was not perfect) . Breakfast was very good . Definitely I will recommend it .

Nice, old hotel close to shopping complexes

Stayed with my family. Clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is an old hotel, but that's its charm. For the kids the lack of a swimming pool and gym was a minus. However if you are going to spend your entire time outside, visiting and exploring and just need a hotel which is clean, comfortable, and close to a shopping district, I would recommend this hotel.

インドだからしかたないのでしょうか？

部屋のドアは外からカギを閉められません。内側のドアノブのぽっちんを押した状態でドアを閉めます。シングルを希望しましたが、広めのツインでした。部屋は清潔で毎日シーツ交換が入ります。クーラーは自分で調節可能です。カーテンがレースカーテンと厚いカーテンとがくっついて一枚となっているのでカーテンを開くと表から丸見えになるので常に閉めていました。トイレにトイレットペーパーがついていますが、ほんの少ししか巻がないので、持参したトイレットペーパーを使用しました。もちろん予備はおいてありません。シーツ交換時に新しいものを置いていくのですが、巻がほんの少しです。小さい石鹸と小さいシャンプー、リンスはありますが、歯磨きセットはありません。シャワーだけでしたが、友人の部屋にはバスタブがありました。しかし、バスタブが汚いので友人は湯を張ることはしませんでした。熱いお湯はでません。ぬるい水で寒くなってしまいました。どこから入るのか、必ず、部屋や洗面所に蚊がいるので刺されました。ホテルレストランの料理はおいしくて、毎日でも飽きませんが、ホテル隣にも近くにも食堂があり、安く食べるには困りません。wi-fiのパスワードが2日ごとに変わり、不安定でした。短時間ですが、時々停電もありました。
