They allowed for early check-in which was really helpful. We realized only after we arrived that the booking was done thru third party and not directly thru the hotel which was a little hassle to get the communication established. At the end everything worked out well. We booked this hotel for the rooftop swimming pool. Unfortunately, the pool was down for a few weeks for maintenance. And, the washer has problems. It looks like it was a known problem and we lost one night sleep by being awake to get that sorted out. The maintenance guy (MJ) was very helpful. But, he couldn't do much. We had to take the wet clothes with us when we checked-out.

Great place with a view of the Petronas Towers from the balcony. The apartment is huge and really nice. Full kitchen with new appliances. It was one of the best places I've stayed in during my 3 months of travel through Southeast Asia. I highly recommend this place!

"We enjoyed our top-floor room with water view. Parking was hassle-free. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and I would have said impeccable, except for chef Azim who seemed to lack candour when asked why our fish and chip was missing the malt vinegar stated in the menu.
