"I had an incredible trip to Margaritaville Riviera Maya (adults only)! The resort was very clean, the staff were absolutely amazing, the food was delicious and the chill vibe was exactly what we wanted for this trip. It’s a smaller resort so you can easily find everything and not spend the week getting to know the resort. There is NO beach for the most part. Sometimes when the tide is low, there’s enough room to walk a short ways away but this resort is mainly pools. The main pool was so much fun with the swim up bar and activities. The other pool (also with a swim up bar) is more quiet for days you’d prefer to be away from the action. We loved it! The drinks were great as well and the Landshark bar/brewery was a very nice addition. The only negative thing I’d have to say is although there is something going on every night, it’s not very exciting entertainment. It goes with the chill vibe though! "

"We had a great stay for spring break. Rooms were clean and updated. Spa was great like usual. All waiters and bar tenders were very friendly and helpful."

"Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff is always accommodating and make sure you feel welcomed. My family loves this resort and this was our 6th visit here. As always we had a fantastic time and my kids loved all the food options."

"Things that were great: -the size of our junior swim-out room and the mini pool -the waterslides -the food -the greenery on the resort ground -the gym -Filippe serving us at the buffet for dinner service (best server at the resort!) -the entertainment -the cleanliness of the rooms -the hot tub Things that weren’t great: -the (rentable for a price) cabanas at the big pool blocking the view of the pool -the fact that the big pool was unheated (there were more people in the hot tub than in the pool) -the staff trying to sell you things every time you leave your room -the beach (SO much seaweed) -the tractor running on the beach trying to get rid of the seaweed -the hard beds All in all, we had a good time. I understand the resort makes money off the cabanas but they’re all front row around the pool so they block the view for hundreds of people and they’re expensive to rent. I also understand the need for the tractor to work on the seaweed (sargassum) situation but we were hoping for Caribbean beaches. We should have spent less and gone to Puerto Vallarta!"

"Traveled with three families with kids ages 4-7. The place was great: pools were awesome, food was better than expected. Staff was all around outstanding. Sometimes when busy was hard to get a sun chair, and dinner reservation system was a bit wonky, but we got everything we needed. Water slides and lazy river and kids clubs were major pluses. Beach is so-so compared with some others, but pools were great. Strong value for money. "
