"The rooms are spacious, and the facilities are reasonable for the price. However, I would not recommend the hotel’s restaurant or pool bar.
On our first night, dinner was decent — we ordered steak, salmon, and mushroom risotto for three people, and the bill was around $120 USD, which felt acceptable by US standard. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill after that. On the second night, we ordered two seafood entrées, and both were extremely disappointing. The seafood did not taste fresh at all and seemed as if it had been frozen for a very long time. When we shared our feedback with the server, he appeared completely uninterested and dismissive.
The third night was even worse in terms of service, despite us ordering much less food. Staff at both the restaurant and the pool bar consistently had an unpleasant “whatever” attitude that made us feel unwelcome.
We only ended up dining there for three nights because we were traveling with two elderly family members who were not comfortable going into town since the hotel is in a fairly isolated location. Otherwise, we definitely would have chosen to eat elsewhere.
At checkout, we also found two unexpected minibar charges added to one of the rooms. The front desk removed them once we pointed them out, but the exact same thing had already happened to us at a hotel in BA, which left a very poor impression. Guests should definitely review their bills carefully before paying."
