"Absolutely great hotel. Totally secluded to the point you wonder where your driver is taking you. Its a super nice retreat. Staff is great, especially Ivan at the front desk. Totally on the ball with transportation help. Our only small quibble was noise from the room next door, but it didnt last long. "

"While the property and main hotel had lots of charm, the cabana that we stayed in had lost much of it. It clearly had not been upkept over the years. There was a general mildew smell that caused havok for those with allergies and no one dared to sit on the futon that was discolored to a brown/yellow color more than the white it had been originally. Breakfast waa decent and staff were fine, but overall I likely wouldn't stay here again."

"There are no words to describe Overo Lodge & Selva. It is simply breathtaking. There are walkways for you to stroll around the property and an area where they do a Bonfire and Mate presentation. Er zijn aangegeven paden en daar ik eerst niet van deze regel op de hoogte was heb ik heerlijk gewandeld. Er worden diversen wandel en een kano excursie georganiseerd. "This property is absolutely in need of major renovations and general upkeep, such as basic painting, investment into working backup generators, update towels and linens etc. Too many issues happened during our stay, from not having hot water for two days to a power outage for an entire morning. "When I arrived I was not able to locate the hotel. Upon messaging the hotel I received response telling me that they accepted my reservation by mistake. Thus I lost more than hour and had to find new reservation late at night. My credit card has been charged. And there is no obvious way to refund other than directly call Expedia. I'm going to chargeback my credit card as long as I'm back in the US."
