Puerto Cancun Trip

My fur baby and I had a wonderful stay at Fiesta Americana Villas Cancún. The resort is beautiful, super pet friendly, well-maintained, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. A special thank you to Eric, my massage therapist, who gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. His technique was exceptional, and every dollar I spent was absolutely worth it. I’d also like to commend the kitchen team. The food was consistently delicious, and the staff was warm, attentive, and accommodating, making every meal enjoyable. Overall, I would rate this resort 4.5 out of 5 stars. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay, and this trip to Cancún has been a memorable and relaxing experience. I look forward to coming back!

The hotel entrance, layout and restaurants were very nice just wished the rooms were a bit more updated and a.c working better than what it actually was

Amazing food in all restaurants. Rooms are very nice and clean. WiFi is available everywhere. Wonderful beach

We loved the new deli/bar/ outdoor seating area. The menu in the non-specialty restaurants need a greater variety of options. After the first few days the menu was repetitive and the food was not hot. The restaurant by the beach was great, but under staffed often. Additional entrances to the pool would have been helpful , since many people congregate on them. Overall a nice vacation, but could have been better.
