Puerto Cancun Trip

The property is beautiful and right on the beach! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The resort could use a little maintenance in some areas (rooms, restaurants, hallways, etc) to make it look better and not run down. The resort does advertise a swim up bar, but it was not at the pool so I’m not sure if they still have this option.

Everything was up to par

Room was clean with a great ocean view, but could not get a beach chair at all. Not enough available at the beach or the pools.

Very great place food wasn’t that great

I recently visited with my 6 month old and husband and we loved our stay. We had a complimentary crib in our suite which was very spacious and cleaned everyday . Property was beautiful and we have no complaints about the food. I will mention when ordering room service the quality of food wasn’t the best but when visiting any of the buffets and restaurants it was excellent. Staff was helpful but we had an issue with bell boys never showing up to collect our luggage from our room for checkout . Overall it felt relaxing , calm and spacious the beaches were beautiful . Very kid friendly . I do wish they had more variety and options when it comes to entertainment but overall we enjoyed our stay with only a couple minor inconveniences.
