"Cosy stay but with one small issue - Do Not Disturb light was on, but housekeeping came in anyway to clean the room and Do Not Disturb light. Appreciate but I guess it will be good to honor the guest wish instead. "

"My room had poor toilet maintenance. It had an ammonia like smell which may have come from unclean, reused cleaning materials from other rooms and the shower head seems to be a bit loose leaving it dangling and spraying everywhere - the hotel management was made aware of this and they offered us a new room.
