The staff made the stay enjoyable. Friendly and helpful. I had left the lught in my car on all night and it wouldn't start. A young man that works for you gave me a jump start. Wvwryine was accommodating and the room was comfortable.

This was the 3rd property I stayed in the Pucón area. The room was closer to a hostel than an apart-hotel.
