"This was the 3rd property I stayed in the Pucón area. The room was closer to a hostel than an apart-hotel. It was adequate, and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked to prepare basic meals, but we needed to purchase our cleaning supplies. The bed was uncomfortable, and one could hear the neighbors in the hallways and adjacent balconies. The staff could have been more helpful (polite but not generally motivated to be helpful). "Our stay at Alejandro’s cabin was unforgettable. The place is peaceful, surrounded by beautiful nature, and very clean and cozy. Alejandro is a kind and genuine host who made us feel like family. He even played a traditional Mapuche instrument (Trutruka) when we left — a moment we’ll never forget. Highly recommend this unique experience in southern Chile! "
