Although no sea view from the rooms, there is one from the patio and the sea is only a two or three minute walk from the hotel."

"Perfect location for visiting cinque terre, 5 mins walk to the station and 5 mins walk to the main town of spezia. Friendly staff and helpful reception. Only snag is the breakfast, 1st was excellent but 2nd and 3rd deteriorated. Not sure if you just need to be early to get the good stuff or something."
