I had booked 3 rooms and arrived early as we finished our cruise and had to spend an extra day. When asking if we could check in one of the rooms to store our bags they wanted $45 extra for early check in. What got me was that the room as already ready and cleaned. Was not happy. "

"This place was a dump There was garbage in the newly rented room here on the bed. The pillowcases were a wrinkled and zip ties was near the lamp. Then I saw a bug on the phone. I immediately left the room and they put me in another room I could not even take a shower in there because the place is awful. "

"Our bathroom door looks bitten up by pets the showers unsafe very slippery me having a disability I slipped in the shower and fell down twice the pool was closed the whole stay was horrible but the staff at the front desk 4/5 they didn’t come clean our room at all "
