"The staff was great they let us get an early check-in, the room was very clean, the breakfast was so good, the staff was very attentive and the area was very clean the lady that was at the register was very nice! The grounds by the pool are very well kept and beautiful."

"The woman at checkin was barely audible and refused to speak louder. The balcony door wouldn't open and it took 2 asks and 2 days for someone to come fix it. After using the toilet on Day 2, I discovered there was no water so I could not flush or wash my hands. It seems like I was the first person to flag this. I asked for someone to come check the tap and the toilet. No one did. When I returned a few hours later, the 'solids' had settled and the toilet wasn't flushing them away. I called to get help and was told there was no plumber available but they had a plunger at the front desk if I wanted to come and get it myself. Needless to say, I will actively discouraging people from staying here."

"This place was absolutely amazing. Anything and everything you would expect at a five star resort. I will not stay anywhere else next time I visit Miami. The only thing I would love, would be room service. But! That is not anything that takes away from how perfect this place is. "
