"The Claridges Nabha Residence is located in a quaint ledge of the mountains near Mussoorie. You can get a nice view of the peaks above and, partly, of the cliff below. The property itself is beautiful but it is evident that it has seen better days. You can see broken vases and plant pots in places and some of the common areas could use some renovation. "Very clean and spacious rooms. There was a glitch during check-in. They could not find my booking in their system. I had confirmation from Expedia. They directly booked me and matched the price. Location just in front of railway station is convenient if you are not much bothered by train announcements at night."

"Very poor maintenance , the bathrooms have flush which never temoves poop n keeps dripping , the bathroom floors have no mats so its a watery mess , the electrical sockets dont work , poorly trained staff , the front desk jokers are totally inept n so are the managers . "
