Also, at check-in, we were told that for our booked room category (suit with mountain view) we will have to take about 150 stairs, which is almost egual to 9 floors, so we had to compromise on view /location of room, which probably was a lower category room. Further, while using lift I lost my way and they do not have sufficient direction board to help customers find way! "
