"The hotel is very close to the airport so that makes it convenient when arriving and departing. It is approximately 17 km from Kuta and the Mandalika International Circuit. Best to rent a scooter to get around. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I found the hotel bar and restaurant a bit pricey. Better deals to be found in town."

"If you want to stay somewhere and experience authentic Lombok then this is the place for you. Everyone is super friendly, and they just make you feel like you are part of the family. Our room was finished in the Japanese style which was a nice touch, and everything you need is available right there. The pool was one of the best out of all the hotels I have stayed at, and the restaurant does the most amazing food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) with a mix of European and Indonesian options. Fantastic views of the mountains and ocean, with the beach being about a ten minute walk away. Highly recommend for a sweet escape."

"We had such a wonderful stay here. We booked the beachfront suite and it was stunning! The bed faces straight out the window, overlooking the beach. The amenities in the room were great and the day bed in the outside area of the room was just brilliant! The staff are all lovely and so helpful and the massages at the spa are incredibly relaxing. The food in the restaurant was all delicious. The hotel is in a remote location so there isn't much around it but perfect for switching off and relaxing."

"An absolutely amazing lodge and the most stunning views. Breakfast in the pool was a unique and lovely touch. Awan and the staff went above and beyond from check in to departure to ensure all our needs were met. However... there was major construction work going on in the grounds from early morning until after sunset which didn't let us have the full relaxing experience. Would have liked to have been informed of this before arrival as when we booked there was no mention on the website. If you are looking to book be aware it is difficult to get grab to collect from the lodge and a scooter is recommended to get around."

The journey involves navigating narrow roads with deep potholes and impatient drivers, followed by a steep climb over leaf-strewn paths. While the initial facade and parking area may seem underwhelming, any concerns vanish the moment you see the view. The expansive horizon—where the hills meet the sky and sea—is truly breathtaking. The infinity pool is a highlight, and while the room interiors feel a little seasoned, the presence of mischievous monkeys adds a unique charm to the stay. Additionally, the restaurant is highly commendable, serving beautifully presented and delicious meals. Most importantly, the staff are exceptionally attentive and helpful, accommodating every request with ease. "
