"The room we booked was not available so they downgraded us. The room we ended up with was clran, had a balcony and was large and comfortable. The staff were friendly, polite and the service was wonderful. The staff compensated the downgrade with a dinner and masssge. The pool and grounds were immaculatel and it was a litle oasis."

"The hotel was perfectly located in Siem Reap with access to everything. The entire staff was tremendously helpful and friendly--they accommodated our every need. The hotel itself was amazingly designed and decorated. The rooms were clean and beautiful. Really, every detail was thought out and executed perfectly. Our dining experiences at breakfast, dinner, in the Living Room and Glass House were exceptional. We will be back!"
