Great view from the apartment. Apartment is spacious and comfortable. Checkin is not easy as keys collection is at a different location. Our apartment was on the second floor and there was no lift.

Great location, overlooking the river and a short walk from the center of the Old Town. Apartment was nice and clean, and staff were very helpful with instructions on how to collect keys etc.!

Overall this was a great little apartment with a perfect location! Stove top was broken -which they had told us about And we didn’t cook at home anyway. Kitchen could have used cloths and towels and we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the ac-so directions would have been great

Disappointed. Did not inform us that the stove glass was damaged and not working. We could not cook. Open pub downstairs which, due to customers noise could not sleep till late. All the smoke from smoking from customers penetrated in the bedroom. We had second hand smoking at nights till very late. Too tired in the morning due to lack of sleep.

Beautiful view on Charles bridge and Prague Castle. Modern appartment, spacious, comfortable. Pub right on the main floor.perfect spot, all walking distance to main historical places and attractions.higly recommend!

The appartment is in an excellent location, we stayed in this appartment 7 years ago, we liked it so much that we've come back to stay here again . However this time around our experience was different. I've found dealing with the staff very inflexible, for every little variation to the conditions they were available but only for a fee, like dropping our suitcases at the appartment 1 hr earlier. The appartment is dated and not as clean as before, hot water system very temperamental, at times hot water wasn't available. Parking was only available on the street and very expensive. Prague is overcrowded with visitors from around the world and because of it tourists are taken for granted. This was our third visit to Prague since 2009, sadly was also our last.

Thank you for your comments. You need to understand that you are not the only guest we had at the same time so it is hard to respond positively for any your extra request. The conditions of the check-in time are clearly stated in our listing and we couldn't change it just for the fact you stayed here before. All the fees are just for to cover the expenses we have with the extra requirements of our guests. The parking in the very centre of the town has been the same for decades and we always reccommend to leave the car outside of the centre to avoid a stress. We don't think the tourists are taken for granted at all but you need to understand that you are not the ones and only guests we have, please respect our work as we respect you. Prague has many things to show and offer and if you are so familiar with the visits of Prague but don't like crowds we reccommend you to stay more far from the main touristic points. The transportation is excellent throughout the whole city and the districts arrount the centre are the best alternative for the people looking for more calm place to relax, still just a step from the centre.

Great spot. Well setup. Helpful staff
The apartment was well set up. Had everything including kitchen and clothes washer. It was right across the street from the river and only a few minutes walk from St. Charles bridge. Public transportation was only a few minutes in either direction. The only issue was noise and smoke from the courtyard below the apartment which was the smoking area for the pub/restaurant downstairs (this my only reason for not giving it a 5). I stuffed some dirty clothes in between shutters and opened other windows. ( this helped but it was winter so I didn't leave windows open long) The office for check in was a little difficult to find, it's in an office building several blocks away and you need to go to 4th floor and ring buzzer. The people were very friendly and helpful. Made several suggestions for restaurants and things to do, even arranged airport shuttle for me. Overall it was a good spot

Thieves. Beware.
This company charged a price of £82 per night. I only booked the hotel for one night which was fine. However, on the website at the time, there was no mention of an extra 20 euro charge at check in past 9pm. The check in policy on the website stated "check in, from 3pm to midnight". The woman who called me after the booking was made told me there would be an extra 20 euro charge because of the time of check in. I told her this wasn't stated on the hotels.com page so I would either 1. Not be paying this charge or 2. They can cancel my booking. Upon arriving to the apartment, she let us in and showed us round. She then asked again for the 20 euros which I stated I would not be paying as there was no mention of this on the hotels policies on hotels.com at the time. The woman accepted this and left. I then found out that I had been charged the 20 euros and called hotels.com to let them know this. Luckily, I kept screenshots of the hotels.com booking at the time it was made, otherwise the hotel would have gotten away with this. They refused to respond to the email I sent to them which included evidence that the 20 euro policy was not shown on the hotels.com page. Instead, they went on to edit their policy directly after I had sent the email and then included the 20 euro extra charge and CHANGED the WHOLE check in page. All without responding to my email. Hotels.com later apologized for this inconvenience and resolved this but there was no response from the hotel.

horrible customer service
customer service ZERO! NO AC in apt witj 35C temps was a torture. asked for a fan, wasn't provided with one, the apt manager insisted there was one in the apt and never brought one! I was in apt 1, bedroom was by the entrance to building therefore could not leave window open coz everyone could look in. curtains were not up although rod was there! so I had to suffer with Windows closed with 35C temperatures. wanted to shower and water was ice cold. although i was hot the water was simply too cold to shower. location however was excellent, approximately 150 meters to Charles bridge right in the river front. one other thing for gyestsbto kniw when u book this apt is that there is not an office on site andyou have to go to another location to pick up the keys and check in. very inconvenient after a long flight! They cam check u in on site if u pay €15! What a rip off! All in all, a nightmare of a stay for 2 nights which ruined my visit to beautiful Prague! I wrote the hotel several times but didn't get a response. on day 2, the maintenance person Boris came and made a note that there wasn't a fan and no curtains but management never bothered to compensate for the failure in service! that's the reason I give this hotel 0 stars for service. the utter disregard for guests comfort!

+Amazing view, by the bridge/ - 3rd floor, no lift
Most Beautiful view, the checkin process was a bit of hassle, and there are multiple keys and multiple locks you need to manage. Not to mention it is in the 3rd floor without any lift so if you have lot of luggage good luck.

Inconvenient and unclean
Check in was a nightmare. There are no staff at the apartment, instead the keys have to be collected from a very hard to find office building about a kilometre away.I'm sure I found it only by luck! Check in after 9pm incurs a 'fine', as the office block is no longer staffed. The location of the apartment is excellent - just near Charles Bridge. Unfortunately, the condition of teh apartment is very poor and it is filthy and unclean. The soles of feet were black from walking in the apartment!! There are no amenities, and the apartment is old and un-renovated. I would not recommend.

Amazing, excellent location! Window opens to Vltava river - beautiful. A stone's throw to the Charles Bridge, and easy access to old town. Owners super helpful and accommodating of our arrival. Highly recommended!!!

Huge space, close to city centre
Stayed here for 2 nights in December, the apartment is an amazing space, it’s huge and has everything you need. The representative who met us was very friendly and spoke perfect English so no issues checking in. The location is great for access to the main sites of the city. The only thing to be aware of is that there is a bar in the courtyard behind the hotel so you will have to put up with lots of noisy people until late at night and the smell of people smoking. I enjoyed the hotel however if I’d known how noisy the bar was I would not have stayed.

When in May of 2017 passed the law prohibiting smoking in public spaces, smokers have begined ocupping entrance in front of the retaurant. Mixed feelings
We stayed in apartment 3 for 4 nights. Excellent location, huge apartment, tonnes of space and good central heating. The downside is that it’s very very noisy at night due to a bar/cafe to the rear, and a very uncomfortable mattress (you can feel every spring!) - we decided to sleep on the sofa one night to try and get a decent nights sleep! It was clean except for a few hairs in the bathroom. Hairdryer was really bad. I’d recommend if you want a central location and views of the bridge and castle, but if you need a good nights sleep then perhaps it’s not the best one.

Fantastic location
The location and the view are what really make this apartment so special. Lovely large old apartment, very spacious with high ceilings and parquet flooring. However it could do with a little more attention to detail, the sofa has some stains, the matress needs replacing, very uncomfortable. In the bathroom a few more toiletries and towels wouldn't go amiss and the kithchen is not well equipped for the number of guests the apartment will sleep. The staff were great, letting me know that there was an issue with the Wi-Fi and that someone would be there to fix it. Also on the last day they came to my rescue when I stupidly got locked out and was distraught, thank you so much.

When I first got to the apartment I was amazed to see how spacious and clean it was. I was even more grateful that they allowed me to check in early as my flight arrived at 10am. What ruined this stay was the extremely poor Wi-fi. I had to use my mobile data throughout my stay. I wasn’t able to use my laptop at all because the Wi-fi didn’t work. I had to call up numerous times before someone actually came down to make an attempt to come and fix the problem. It still didn’t work. In addition, some of the cutlery had food stains on them. The TV was also a disappointment, no channels were in English or even at least had English subtitles. There was no Smart TV or Netflix as advertised on their website. For the amount I spent on this apartment I was not pleased. The only convenience was that it was close to most of the attractions I wanted to visit. I would definitely not stay here again

Whole building is covered with signal so we apologize that you could not connect however when we checked it after you contacted us it worked. Regarding to cutlery we regret you did not contact us with this issue. Our housekeeping would stop by and made everything clean. The TV is using set top box with programms all over the world (BBC, CNN, ZDF, etc.). You if had any trouble to find it you should mention it in the email you sent us or contact us via phone. Great Location but that's it! Very dirty!
The room was in a great location and has lots of potential but it's poorly cleaned and maintained. The floors and other surfaces were very dirty all over the kitchen, bathroom and living room. There were ants in the kitchen and bathroom and lots of noise from the restaurant below. Great location but not worth the dirty room and loud neighbors. I would choose a real hotel next time for sure.

Wonderful location!
Great apartment overlooking Viltava and Charles Bridge. Very centrally located. Restaurant downstairs is convenient and serves great food with friendly service.

Location and views were phenomenal
All you have to do is look out the front windows and the Charles Bridge is right there! And the view of Prague Castle is awesome. The apartment is spacious and clean. It was an easy walk to everything in the Praha 1 area!

Arrived late and it was a total disappointment, dirty carpet, pillows, windows with no curtains, or shades about to fell No air conditioning.

We have received a complaint about the airconditioning in the late evening at the day of your arrival despite the fact that we clearly state in our listing that we do not possess an airconditioning in the apartment. However we provide fans in all of our apartments. In this matter we advise you to pay more attention to the listing while making the reservation. All the linen is changed after each guests departure. There is also a control of any spots from the laundry. If you noticed any spots you could contact us via email or phone we gave you to stay in touch with us. In this case we provide extra service and offer a change of the linen. Most of our guests find the apartment nice and well equipped with everything they need so we are sorry you did not feel the same way. Anyway we hope you enjoyed Prague. Okay apartment in good location
Our apartment was well situated in the Old Town close to the sights and many restaurants. It was a little small and very noisy being above a restaurant. The room had no air conditioner and we found it hot. The bedroom was tiny. The kitchen was good and well equipped for cooking which we enjoyed. It was reasonably clean and nicely furnished.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We are sorry that guests of the restaurant downstairs were noisy during your visit however that is not something we can influence. Our guests mostly appreciate that they are able to get a breakfast or dinner in the building with no need to walk. Hope, you at least tried their delicious food as you were staying there. As you mentioned there is no A/C at the apartment but this information is written on the website so we advice you to check it more carefully. If you needed A/C we do have other apartments in offer including A/C. We are happy it suited you well for cooking as kitchen is huge and well equipped. Great location, no amenities, no AC, clean, large
Very good and large apartment for the price, very good location. Had to climb two floors, basic amenities in the apt, no AC so had to leave the windows open but noisy due to street noise till late night.

Everything is perfect except I had to wait for the owner to come because there is no reception area.. they are apartments owned by different people. I recommend this apartment. The location is central and close to everything. I give this apartment 95/100. It has everything.

Good location apartment
The apartment is well located close to Prague old town. We had an apartment in the first floor facing the river. It was very noisy until early morning because people from the club were talking loudly outside the apartment.

Good location
No reception, but they tried to give me the key at right time and provided average service. First night I didn't sleep, i guess there's a night club dowstairs or somehwere, also a coffee shop downstairs, you can easily hear people talking. Second night was ok. Good location, 5 min walking to charles bridge. But if provice a soap will be great, no shampoo, no soap.

Nice apartment but poor service
Hot water was not working in 85 degree weather and staff was not able to fix the problem until the end of our stay. Also staff is available only between 9am and 5pm. They don't even answer calls during evening hours.

Thank you for feedback. Our office is open from 9am till 9pm 7 days a week and reply in urgent cases even afterwards. We are reachable on the phone or via email. We are sorry for the issue with water however we checked it couple of times and water always worked. It is possible that you have used all the hot water during shower. If thats the scenario you need to wait couple of minutes until water gets hot again. Anyway we hope you enjoyed your stay and had a safe trip back home. Great view, spacious apartment
I just stayed for one night, but the apartment was clean and really spacious. It had more than what we had expected, coffee maker, microwave, dish washer, silverware, etc. The view was wonderful, night and day. There is no main reception, you have to call and someone comes to meet you at the front of the gate. However, they do coordinate that with you via e-mail prior arrival. There are two restaurants at the ground floor, they were pretty loud when we got there (busy) but we were able to sleep well (they might have closed by midnight). I actually slept like a baby! Overall, great place to stay at. If there would have had the apartment available for one more night, we would have stayed.

Hairy morning..
Excellent except on the morning we fly out, one set of the key was left in the key hole inside the apartment and we no longer can open the door. Since it is 7 am, we can not get anybody to help. There is an emergency door services number that on the door, but the other side do not speak English at all. Luckily we manage to stop a nice gentlemen to give us a hand. A 24/7 emergency number with English speaking response should definitely required.

This was a great place to stay, I was kind of worried since a lot of the reviews said it was noisy and they had a hard time with check-in due to the fact there is no front desk, but we had no noise and the check-in went smooth. The gentlemen that checked us in was great, he told us all the great places around and took the time to show us where they were on the map he provided. This was our first time in Prague and we are planning on going back. The view from on our was facing the river and the Charles Bridge it couldn't of been better. Thank you for making our visit easy and memorable.

Tha apartment is spacious an 200 m from Charles bridge. It is an old building, Which I liked because it adds to the experience and atmosphere of the city. It can be little loud; Yo will hear your neighbors.

Great apartment, great location and the staff was very helpful. The only thing is was the hot was on a timer we didn't know when we had hot water. Other than that is a great place to stay and have fun in Prague.
