Great view from the apartment. Apartment is spacious and comfortable. Checkin is not easy as keys collection is at a different location. Our apartment was on the second floor and there was no lift.

It's an AMAZING Place to stay, but no lift is a big problem for girls with heavy luggages. Good reception guys, but long distance checking Room from office to the Place stay, especially for many heavy luggages. Too early check out time with the AMAZING Place.

Tæt på gågade og fantastiske oplevelser i old town Et hotel , hvor du skal være indstillet på at receptionen ligger ca 8-900 meters gang fra lejlighed og må finde dertil på egen hånd Boede på 3 sal, her mange trapper uden elevator Mørklægningsgardiner defekte kunne ikke rulles op. Hængsel på ydrevindue defekt. Sengen ret hård, ingen ekstra tæpper og puder i stuen Mange låse at skulle låse op og i ved indgang til lejlighed. Lidt gade og gårdstøj. husk at oplyse gadenavn og nummer på gade og hus ved transfer, da ankomst sted ( reception ) og afrejse sted ( hotel lejlighed ) er forskellige adresser

Overall this was a great little apartment with a perfect location! Stove top was broken -which they had told us about And we didn’t cook at home anyway. Kitchen could have used cloths and towels and we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the ac-so directions would have been great

Disappointed. Did not inform us that the stove glass was damaged and not working. We could not cook. Open pub downstairs which, due to customers noise could not sleep till late. All the smoke from smoking from customers penetrated in the bedroom. We had second hand smoking at nights till very late. Too tired in the morning due to lack of sleep.

部屋は広くて設備も良く満足でした。観光地にもアクセスしやすく、場所は申し分なかったです。 ただ、チェックインが泊まる場所から離れていいて、大きな荷物を持った旅行中の客をそこまで行かせる点についてはやや不満が残ります。スタッフの方がチェックインの時間に部屋に来て設備の説明などを直接してくれるともっと良かったと思います。 また、アパートメントの部屋まで階段を上るのも大変でしたし、鍵が何個もありやや不便でした。メインの部屋のベッドは寝心地悪くて寝不足になりました。 総じて、数日間滞在する方にはいいと思います。スタッフの方々もフレンドリーで良かったです！

Primero no contestaban mis mensajes , luego coordiné la recogida desde el aeropuerto al departamento , llegue a las 12 de la noche porque mi vuelo se atrasado una hora y nos esperaba un hombre molesto y mal genio, luego nos llevaron al lugar donde se recogían las llaves y el tipo nos bajo de el auto y nos dejó con nuestros bolsos en ese lugar , después tuvimos que recoger las llaves e irnos caminando cargados hasta el lugar . Muy mala la atención . Llegue y la cocina estaba dañada y no funcionaba , no tenía control de la televisión y el internet funciona a medias . Al final tenían que devolvernos un dinero de un late check out que supuestamente lo reembolsarían a los dos dias y ha pasado más de una semana y aún no lo rembolsan , escribo al WhatsApp pidiendo explicaciones y no contestan . Mala experiencia y mala disposición en todo

The appartment is in an excellent location, we stayed in this appartment 7 years ago, we liked it so much that we've come back to stay here again . However this time around our experience was different. I've found dealing with the staff very inflexible, for every little variation to the conditions they were available but only for a fee, like dropping our suitcases at the appartment 1 hr earlier. The appartment is dated and not as clean as before, hot water system very temperamental, at times hot water wasn't available. Parking was only available on the street and very expensive. Prague is overcrowded with visitors from around the world and because of it tourists are taken for granted. This was our third visit to Prague since 2009, sadly was also our last.

Miinukset: - 104 € panttimaksua ei palautettu koska väitteen mukaan sohvaan oli poltettu pieni jälki. Reklamointi ei auttanut. - Yövyimme neljä yötä eikä siivooja käynyt kertaakaan. - Suihku ja kylpyhuone homeessa. - Ei ilmastointia. Vain pari jalkatuuletinta joten ummehtunut ilma koska ikkunoita ei voinut pitää auki melun ja ötököiden takia. - Ei hissiä. Tarvitaan neljä avainta jotta pääsee kävelemään portaita pitkin kolmanteen kerrokseen. Lukkoja siis matkalla ja kaikkiin eri avain. - Avaimien nouto 15 minuutin sokkeloisen kävelymatkan päästä. Plussat: - Sijainti mahtava. Kävellenkin pääsee lähes kaikille nähtävyyksille. Raitiovaunuja ihan vieresssä ja metrolle alle kilometri. Ikkunasta näkymä Prahan-linnaan. - Etukäteen sovitut kyyditykset meno-paluu toimi sovitusti. - Hyvät sängyt. - Suihkussa lämmintä vettä riittää ainakin kolmelle. - Kodinkoneet uudehkoja joten kaikki toimii vielä. Yhteenvetona ylihintainen huoneisto josta jäi paha maku sohvanpoltto-syytöksien, huonon ilmanlaadun ja homeisien suihkutilojen takia.

1階でも、窓からモルダウ川が見わたせる最高のロケーションです。 面積的にも60-70㎡あり、キッチン設備なども最新で充実しています。 特に、中長期滞在される方は、最高だと思います。 ★注意：チェックイン＝キーの受け渡しは、ホテルとは別の場所になっています。 私は、旅の途中でのやや下ったため、うっかり、そのことに気づかず難渋しましたが、注意書きに、その場所が書かれています。チェックアウトは、キーを部屋に置いていくだけなので、こちらは簡単です。

다신 절대 안 갑니다 이 숙소.

열쇠 키를 찾으러 숙소에서 10분 거리에 있는 곳으로 찾아가야하는건 일단 오케이. 하지만 체크인 3시 라서 너무 늦습니다. 뷰는 정말 좋지만 안방은 난방도 안되고 너무 추워서 떨면서 잤습니다. 차가운 바람 다 들어오고 옆방은 왜이렇게 시끄럽던지 조용히 할 생각이 없더군요. 그리고 보증금 100유로에 도시세금 30코루나 까지.. 돈 뜯기는 기분이 었습니다. 정말 최악입니다.

The apartment was well set up. Had everything including kitchen and clothes washer. It was right across the street from the river and only a few minutes walk from St. Charles bridge. Public transportation was only a few minutes in either direction. The only issue was noise and smoke from the courtyard below the apartment which was the smoking area for the pub/restaurant downstairs (this my only reason for not giving it a 5). I stuffed some dirty clothes in between shutters and opened other windows. ( this helped but it was winter so I didn't leave windows open long) The office for check in was a little difficult to find, it's in an office building several blocks away and you need to go to 4th floor and ring buzzer. The people were very friendly and helpful. Made several suggestions for restaurants and things to do, even arranged airport shuttle for me. Overall it was a good spot
