The hotel was in an excellent location, proper city centre vibe and accessible to everything. The hotel was classy and service was really good. Very happy with our stay and will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Lovely clean hotel room made up daily Comfy bed. Nice coffee machine in room. Clean shower. Ideal location for exploring the city. More of a dressing tavle mirror would be useful. Safe in room good.

Nice old building with high ceilings. Convenient location for public transport to Narodni Trida. Room a bit crowded with a generous bathroom taking up a lot of space. No closet or drawers for clothes, only a bar for hanging clothes. Bed comfortable. No room service several days and then daily. Breakfast amazing although coffee from machine's had a chemical aftertaste. Arrived Sunday evening and staff recommended several restaurants that were all closed.. but otherwise very helpful.

Beautiful property, delicious and bountiful breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. My room was lovely, spacious and quiet. I enjoyed the beer spa experience quite a lot. Excellent location for exploring the city by foot. Marketplace nearby as well as public transportation. Highly recommend!

The booking in was quick with a glass of proseco which was nice . Both restaurants next to the hotel were good but do close at 10pm , so if you are on later flight you need to be quick . The room was a good size 526 it looked out over the internal square of the hotel over the bar but no noise. There were only full caffine pods for the coffee but you could get other options at breakfast and take to the room . We got a pint of milk from the deli on the corner of the shopping centre as there was a small fridge as only 2 creamers with pods each day ..breakfast had plenty of options and there is a second room for guest when it is very busy .

The clerk who checked us in was superb! I wish I had gotten his name. He spoke English extremely well, understood our questions and helped us with a phone call, parking, dinner suggestions, and exchanging Euros. All the first night we were there. The hotel was beautiful! It is located within easy walking distance of many historic sites. The bed was comfortable and a free breakfast buffet was welcome and delicious. We did have one problem, but not the fault of the hotel. We parked on the street out front - actually right in front of Gabby's Pub. The morning we left, we found the rear license tag of our rental car had been pulled off and put on top of the car. Easy to reattach, but then we noticed the little antenna on top of the car was missing. Our suggestion- pay a little more and park in their garage.

The hotel was beautiful and the room was excellent. Very nice bathroom. We liked that the hotel provided lotion and other products. Nice to have a fridge in the room. Location was perfect. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great - the staff was so hard working. Anyone would love this hotel.

Nice hotel situated close to transport links (tram and metro) and a 10 minute walk to the river, or to Wenceslas Square. The hotel was in nice condition and clean throughout. The staff were very helpful, we had a problem with our room with a repetitive noise from within the ceiling and speaking to reception they moved us to a better room without any question so problem solved. Breakfast was really good and overall we loved the hotel and would certainly stay again if visiting Prague in the future.

A grand "old lady" very traditional hotel. Stayed over the Easter weekend. We booked through a 3rd party website, and luckily our Double Bed could be corrected to the the "Double Room" (2 beds) as requested. Advise to check with the hotel when booking. Good breakfast selection, just don't get there too late of you will miss out on the Bacon! :)

An excellent location for sightseeing in Prague. Very comfortable beds and everyone you need. Breakfast was a bit of a bun fight over the Easter weekend but plenty of food choices. Conveniently located near supermarket and food outlets too. Would recommend.

Really great hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was great - the bed was very comfortable, very quiet, spotlessly clean and plenty of toiletries provided. Breakfast was also really good - plenty of choice and as it goes on until 11 you don’t have to get up really early as with some hotels. There is also a nice bar/lounge area. Hotel is well placed so you can walk to all the main attractions. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The hotel was spotless, and the lounge area served food as well as cocktails and very comfortable. The breakfast had something for everyone. There was an amazing variety of both hot and cold choices of food and beverages. I highly recommend the Michaelangelo Grand Hotel.

What a fantastic hotel in a perfect location minutes walk from all the local monuments. The rooms are very well maintained, clean and have all the added amenities expected of a 5* hotel. Breakfast catered for everybody and was a fantastic way to start your day. And the most important part the staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble all greeted with a smile and a welcoming gesture. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again if I return to Prague.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were great and very helpful. The breakfast was lovely and fresh everyday. It’s close enough to everything that you can walk around. The only downside we had, was Liverpool were playing and we were woken up by drunken people running up and down the corridors at the early hours. Other than that no complaints.

Excelllent cleanliness in room,towels and linen changed regularly,plenty of bathroom products, and slippers and dressing gowns gave a touch of luxury. Delicious and plentiful breakfast with lots of choice. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and I will reccommend it to my family and friends.

Rarely do Hotels live up to expectations. That said The Michelangelo Grand Hotel does just that. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was large and comfortable. The free buffet breakfast was amazingly good with plenty of choices. Just what we needed to fuel our explorations. The bar was a nice place to relax for a drink before heading out again. The one highlight that stands out is the beer spa in the hotel. So glad we decided to try this. It was a pleasure. The other benefit was the location. Very close to the tram lines. But we found everything very walkable. Everything felt like it was just a comfortable stroll from the hotel. The area is very safe. We loved walking around at night and exploring.
