A great hotel in a great location. The hotel was great value and the staff were really helpful. All in all I would certainly recommend to anyone.

Great hotel! Would stay there again.

Helpful staff, comfortable room, good location.

Very friendly and caring staff. There was a variety of Food, snacks and drinks. The only issue is the shower room. Water was passing through the side of the door and the bathroom floor was very wet everytime someone had a shower. But overall, we had a pleasant stay. Nice restaurants and bars around too.

Very happy with our stay. Perfectly clean rooms, food available late when we got in to check in at night, breakfast available until 11/12 depending on day of the week. We didn't spend much time there but any staff we did interact with were all friendly and helpful in either English or Spanish.

Perfect location for event at Palacio Vistalegre Arena. Super clean. Lockers where we could leave our bags after check out which was really useful.

We stayed here for 3 nights in November and it was superb. The Hotel was beautiful and in a lovely part of the city although it's a fair walk to the city centre (30 minutes). There is a Metro station about 100yds away which made getting around Madrid easy. The underground system is clean, safe, cheap and very straightforward to use. We didn't eat at the Hotel but the menus looked amazing. The room was spotless and the bed was the most comfortable and the largest we ever stayed in. The staff...

Great location

Everything is perfect!

Great stay. Apartment is on the top floor, with its own balcony. Flat it self was very clean and you had everything you’ll need for a great stay. My stay was great until the check out day, when I was promised to have a late check out, but for my surprise at 12, I had a knock on a door. When opening the door, there was a cleaner saying that she’s there to clean. I explained her, that I’ve been agreed an late check out, she keep arguing back on me saying no it 12 and I need to leave. Even after I...

Another excellent stay. Very quiet and comfortable. Red level service first rate. Best Eggs Benedict ever!

A pampering hotel, in an excellent location. High level service. Free mini bar in the room. Remember it was my birthday and sent a bottle of champagne and a cake to the room which was impressive. The only thing the cleanliness of the bathroom was horrible.

Stayed there for an overnight, this boutique hotel is really lovely, welcoming and with a sleek design that will appeal to many. The doormen were very helpful and a great addition to the hotel. The room was very spacious, I love the attention to detail with the salt baths. Nice touch. Location is top notch within walking distance of the Prado museum and the retiro gardens, some very nice restaurants nearby. 30 min by taxi/uber to the airport. It felt like a treat. The pool upstairs is rather...

Very nice hi quality hotel in good location.

Great hotel 15 minutes' walk away feom thw heart of Madrid. Rooms are well sound insulated and spacious, could do with some fresh paint due to wear and tear. Bed was very high but comfortable. Great shower. Excellent breakfast, wide variety.

Fantastic location for exploring the area around Sol, and a very reasonable hotel rate too. Really easy to explore the area (Museo del Prado, Royal Palace and botanical gardens all only 10 minute walk away).

A1 from start to finish, not least Paloma, who’s a shining star!
