Great location and within walking distance to transit and all the sites in the old town center. The rooms are clean and spacious with will equipped kitchen. Staff is very friendly. We would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Great location within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, cafes, sights. Friendly helpful staff. Gorgeous spacious apartment - sensitively renovated old building with an outdoor terrace, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed. And it's quiet.

Nice apartment, ideal for touring Porto. Close to shopping areas and restaurants. Suggest "Caralhau" and the Cafe Majestic. Close to Bolhao market and all public transportation. The 4th floor apartment (5th for US citizens) and stairs required a bit of a workout with the luggage. A preparation to tour Porto and VNG ;-)

Excellent location, room and service

This was in the PERFECT spot to walk to major attractions, food and entertainment. We drove from Lisbon and parked in the provided parking and left our car there for the entire trip. The hotel has a great parking deal worked out with the garage and it was very affordable. Take the time to park on the lower levels and you will find plenty of parking. The green safari room was adorable and had comfortable beds (mattresses), plenty of room to enjoy and was bright with lots of windows and lamps. The room was clean and the bedding and towels were crisp and smelled fresh. The small kitchen was perfect for quick meals. This was a 5 out of 5 and we will return. The loft has a ladder to get up to and our 24 year old daughter was able to climb up and enjoyed the privacy of the loft room.

The property was nice and as advertised except for two things. First, the apartment (on the ground floor) had a musty sort of basement smell. Second, there were very small but pervasive ants, even though the property made every effort to clean. They did do extra cleanings and bring an ant trap and were super responsive. The location is awesome, all amenities are good, and I would definitely recommend this property and its management, just maybe not THAT room.

Ótimas instalações em localização muito boa

O apartamento está em excelentes condições, super limpo e com um espaço muito bom. O atendimento do staff foi um diferencial desde antes da chegada. Durante o check-in nos deram dicas ótimas sobre o que fazer e quais as melhores opções. Como estávamos de carro foi necessário utilizar a garagem para deixá-lo durante a estadia, já que é inviável utilizar carro para se deslocar entre os pontos turísticos da cidade e o hotel providenciou uma garagem bem em frente ao prédio. Gostamos muito da localização: muito próximo a dois supermercados, restaurantes e a poucos minutos de caminhada dos principais pontos turísticos. Voltaria com certeza!

Loft avec mezzanine bien situé.

Appart-Hotel situé à distance de marche des principaux attraits de Porto. Bien équipé, bien décoré, parfait pour les 3 personnes que nous étions. Il avait ce qu’il fallait pour cuisiner au besoin. Personnel très avenant.

De kamer was gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hadden het appartement geboekt voor 4 volwassenen maar daar is het niet geschikt voor. De kamer op de vide was veel te klein, plafond laag en het bed klein. Verder was de badkamer ook niet echt schoon en de wolken stof dwarrelden over de vloer. Verder was het wel keurig en hebben tot zekere hoogte wel een aangenaam verblijf gehad.

Poor Ventiliation

Pictures are of reserved suite. There was no ventilation in our room, so unless you want to use the air conditioner constantly, you will have poor air circulation. The half bottle of wine left was vile, just for show. These places are overpriced for this area. We found something better at half the price.

Well located and comfortable.

We loved the bright and airy updated space. It was very comfortable for our family of four and well located for exploring Porto. The front desk staff spoke impeccable English and recommended a great restaurant. Also, a great grocery store was very close by.

This is such a lovely apartment for a family of 4 (2 small children), strategically located for restaurants, grocery and shopping area all within 5min walk. The office is extremely helpful in providing airport transfer service, advice about exploring the city, and when we needed help with a few issues with the apartment all were quickly responded to. The interior has a modern lay-out with fuctional and clean amenities. The upper tier bedroom was a challenge to get up and down from a very narrow ladder but can completely understand how this is space saving (it's fine for us as our boy could sneak up and down nimbly) - it does mean for elderly adults or very small children this is not ideal. Overall, we are very satisfied with the apartment.

Pas mal

Dans l ensemble, c est plutôt sympa et très bien placé. Par contre, le niveau équipement de la cuisine est plutôt très très léger. Plutôt très bruyant la journée et plutôt calme la nuit (les fenêtres isolent biens). La table de la terrasse par contre est lamentable, limite cassée, si tu mets ton coude d un coté elle vole!!!). Attention a la réservation car pas d ascenseur donc après les jours dans une ville avec plein de cote les étages peuvent être dures a faire.

I had a very pleasant stay, the staff ist friendly and the bottle of wine was a very lovely surprise. You can walk to every major attraction within 15 to 20 minutes, train stations Balhao and Trinidade are also in walkable distance. I really enjoyed it, thank you very much.

The place was nice and the location was great. We had a problem of communication during the check in but Marcia, who I believe is the manager, accommodate the whole situation well. Marcia was also extremely helpful and friendly and made our experience in Porto much better. Overall I recommend this property. The bedroom is modern and beautiful, it has a cute balcony with street view. Also there is a little kitchen with everything you need, however, be aware that the (mezzanine) has a very SHORT ceiling.

Excelente opção quando for a Porto

Local: excelente, próximo ao centrinho turístico, fácil acesso. Recepção: digitalizada (local e quarto), mas quando falamos com a equipe fomos atendidos com muita simpatia e cordialidade. Quarto: amplo, bonito, iluminado, excelente estrutura e mimos para nos receber. O único senão é não ter elevador.
