The room itself was very clean, it is a great price especially when making hospital visits. The staff are always friendly-you are close to different dining options. My only issue was the bottom mattress the cover was dirty like wine or something all over it.
The room was clean. The beds had been updated and were comfortable. The bathroom was pretty out of date and funky. And the stairs to the 3rd floor were steep and shallow making it hard to haul luggage up them. The worst of it was that the lobby was locked when we arrive at 9pm and no one was answering the phone or app messages nor a sign saying when they'd return.. It was only 10 min or so but very nerve-wracking to consider that we might have to try to find another room. I was thankful that Expedia had a virtual agent to message with and felt qell supported that way.
